Charterhouse is working with a top US Law Firm based in Abu Dhabi. Our client is looking to hire an energetic and confident Receptionist.

The role will be diverse and will require transferable and organisational skills. As the face of the company, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting guests, directing calls, filing, ensuring the reception area and boardroom is maintained at all times and providing administrative support as and when required.

Reporting to the Office Manager you will be the sole Receptionist but will be working alongside the office administration and secretarial team, and you may be required to do additional tasks to support the office.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and you are required to be present in the Abu Dhabi office.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have excellent English communications skills, both written and verbal. Due to working with international offices our client has a preference for a native English speaker. You should be highly organised, enthusiastic, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a team player as well as have an outstanding phone manner.

You should also have good computer skills with a minimum of 3 years administration experience. The preferred candidate will have experience working in a Law Firm and it would be ideal if you are currently based in Abu Dhabi.
