Employment: Full Time

Our client is looking for a vibrant and passionate Receptionist/ Admin to join their ever expanding team in their Dubai office.

Job Description:
- To ensure that the reception area is organized in an efficient manner
- Arranging meeting rooms
- Provide administration support to other departments and members of the business
- Answering all incoming calls and directing them to the relevant members of staff
- Meeting and greeting clients & customers in a polite and professional manner
- Logging & receiving couriers

Requirements

- Must be UAE National
- At least 0 to 3 years’ experience as a Receptionist
- Excellent English speaking skills
- Proficient in MS packages particularly within excel
- Exceptional communication skills
- Exceptional IT skills
- Fantastic customer service skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Be well presented
