Temporary Post: We require a temporary receptionist for our School in Al-Qusais, Dubai.
Required: IMMEDIATELY
Receptionist Job Duties:
- Greet Visitors
- Answer Phone Calls/Emails
- Direct Visitors/Phone Calls to the right department
- Data Entry
- Provide general information to parents (e.g. Curriculum, FS-Year 7, Fees)
- Manage Registers-Students' Attendance
- Manage Phone Calls/Messages
- Guide Visitors
- Data Entry
- Other Administrative tasks as requested.
