Job description / Role
UAE National - Receptionist - AFGRE - Dubai
As part of the Al Futtaim Real Estate Mall Management team, you will be responsible to receive the customer and also handle the telephone board to facilitate proper customer reception and better communication flow.
Your job would be to provide warm welcome to walk in customers, make easy for them by directing them to the relevant person Efficient and courteous in handling of telephone calls, ensuring clear verbal communication, provide necessary information/guidance to caller and transfer the call to the relevant person, or if required take clear concise message and pass message on.
Requirements
In order to be successful in the role, you would need to have experience in a reception/telephone operator position with strong communication skills.
We are looking for someone who with a pleasant and cheerful personality, excellent telephone manners, proactive, hardworking and has a motivated approach to their work.
