Job description / Role
Receptionist up to 3.5k Aed for an International Sanitaryware Dealer In Dubai
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
• Maintains security and telecommunications system
• Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
• Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges
• Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
• POSITION: Receptionist
• SALARY: up to 3,500 AED depending on qualifications and experience
• HIRING COMPANY: International Sanitaryware Dealer
• WORK LOCATION: Dubai Design District, Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately available will be prioritized
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Temporary (3 months and can be extended up to 6 months)
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to Filipina
• Female, 40 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related certification
• At least 3 years of similar work experience
• MUST have their own visa sponsorship
• Presentable personality and good communication skills
• Knowledgeable in using MS Office
• Strong administrative and organization skills
