Job description / Role
The Receptionist will play a key role in the daily running of the busy office in Dubai Internet City.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- To act as the front face of the organization.
- To be smart, presentable and act in a professional manner at all times
- Handles all incoming calls and handle enquires in a professional and prompt manner, manage messages appropriately
- Uphold a professional, friendly and efficient image of the company
- Ensure reception desk and entrance area is kept neat and tidy at all times
- Welcome all visitors and guests in a polite, professional and helpful manner
- Manage all conference room reservations
- Provide proactive administrative support to the Regional Director and management team
- Assist the office manager in any office or facilities related needs
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proactive and well organized
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- At least 3-5 years in a similar role ideally within a multinational organization
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- High level of computer literacy – word, excel, outlook
