Receptionist
Dubai, UAE
Parsons International is looking for a temporary Receptionist to join their team in Dubai for 3 months starting mid-November.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain directory of those assigned to the group; update phone and location numbers, keep resumes current, if appropriate for the group.
- Originate correspondence and reports not requiring the personal attention of immediate supervisor. Answer telephone, take and relay messages.
- Greet all visitors who arrive at the office.
- Receive and log incoming parcels and take care of outgoing parcels
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail.
- May coordinate physical space requirements for the assigned unit. Initiate requests for PCs and telephones, and updates Corporate Directory as appropriate.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Requirements
- Diploma holder.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a good organization in the UAE.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English. Spoken Arabic will be an advantage.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in the use of computer and MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
