Receptionist - Temporary (3 Months)

Job description / Role

- Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person and making sure they are comfortable
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
- Escort VIP guests to staff/meeting room as per schedule
- Coordinate with building facilities management to ensure safe and clean lobby by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Answer inquiries about DTCM. Respond to queries about DTCM to guests and visitors
- Coordinate Valet Service between DTCM/DTCM Staff and Valet Service Attendants
- Act as a reliever for DTCM HO receptionists
- Handle paid valet service account-keeping
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Handle any other responsibilities assigned by Supervisor

Work Timings - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Sunday- Thursday)
