Job description / Role
Currently working on behalf of a professional services firm located in the financial hub of Dubai who are looking to recruit a Part Time Receptionist.
The successful candidate will be required to provide reception and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner, whilst being the welcoming face of the business to all clients and visitors. Working hours are 8:00am to 13:00 Sunday to Thursday, salary 10,000 AED (Pro Rata)
Main Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, customers, telephone calls, and messages at front reception
- Responsible for keeping stock and ordering office supplies, stationery, etc.
- Assist in planning, preparing meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
- Prepare mail courier delivery as requested, and organize couriers; ensure the delivery of courier receipts to appropriate staff
- Provide secretarial support to the office, including drafting letters, memos and correspondences, and participating in the billing process
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year’s experience in administrative support role. Be proactive, efficient, trustworthy and mature individual with a high level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.
You must be well presented with excellent communication skills both written and oral and proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
