Job description / Role
Client is looking for an experienced recruiter to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. They are looking for someone with previous technical recruitment experience and the ability to adapt to a new and fast paced environment.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Survey and verify job profile with the internal customer to meet its requirements.
- Carry out the recruitment process of resumes through researching different sources.
- Carry out the first selection of candidates through the process established by the company.
- Hand over first selection to management and HR.
- Ensure constant communication with the internal customer on the stages and evolution of the process.
- Improve and implement recruitment and selection policies through the formulation of improvement proposals on recruitment process and tools.
Our client is an IT provider and they are growing rapidly. They provide services locally as well as internationally and also provides services to various Government Entities and Private Businesses.
Requirements
- Extensive recruitment experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a comparable environment
- Specialist recruitment knowledge and experience within IT, computer software/hardware or other technical fields
- Experience with selection and interviewing of selected candidates.
- Fluent in English and Arabic
