Recruiter - Investment Banking - Dubai

Pivotal to the client’s resourcing team, you’ll be responsible for closely managing recruitment processes to ensure that we’re delivering the highest levels of client and candidate satisfaction. That means leveraging your recruitment knowledge and experience to build great relationships with the client at all levels, understand their needs and define and carefully execute innovative resourcing strategies on a timely basis. With your focus on specialist resourcing within the investment banking sector in this region, the emphasis is firmly on delivering results.

Accountabilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with hiring managers, HR and Resourcing to ensure you truly understand the client’s business and people strategy
- Work with the client to drive resource planning & talent-pooling activities
- Facilitate candidate sourcing, the interview and selection process, with support from colleagues based remotely
- Actively seek out fresh and original sourcing strategies to meet client demand in a geographically diverse, complex and competitive candidates marketplace
- Identify process improvements and drive change where appropriate
- Produce timely and accurate management information, keeping TALEO and other systems updated
- Drive efficiencies in terms of time to hire, cost per hire and process compliance

Requirements

- You must have in house, on-site or agency recruitment experience from an investment banking environment with a track record of meeting demanding targets and building strong stakeholder relationships. Experience of recruiting in the Middle East and/or North Africa is essential.
- You will be a self-starter, comfortable with autonomy and used to working in a fast pace and collaborative team. You must be comfortable with working in a matrix environment; you will be based in Alexander Mann Solution’s Dubai office reporting into the UK based management team but with an additional pseudo-reporting line into the local Client-side Resourcing lead.
- You will be expected to spend a significant portion of your time working onsite with the client building relationships with Hiring managers, HR and Resourcing colleagues.
- Fluency in English is essential. Arabic or French language skills are also desirable.

Working with Investment Banking and Professional Services clients around the world since 2006. Talent management is critical for both these sectors.
