Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This 3 month temporary role is responsible to support the Project Management Business Unit process in attracting, sourcing and selecting top talent for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and screen applications, conduct phone interviews and carry out rejections / shortlisting where appropriate
- Leverage job boards and social media to search for top talent.
- Proactively source candidates (mainly Supervisory, Managerial and Executive Levels) predominantly from the Construction industry.

Requirements

- University degree in Human Resources
- Minimum 3 years recruitment experience in the Construction Industry (mainly focusing on recruiting and employer branding)
- Excellent people and communication skills
- English fluency-written and spoken; Arabic will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS office and affinity with social media
- Recruiting ERP (preferable)
- Influencing, communicative and flexible personality
- Strong multi-tasking skills and able to deal with high volumes of vacancies
- Team player with high planning, organizing and reporting abilities.

The Wave, a joint venture with the government of Oman to develop Muscats largest ocean-front integrated community; Al Zahia, a joint venture with the Government of Sharjah, to build the Emirates first gated residential community with a regional mall in a prime growth corridor; The 250,000 sqm Waterfront City development in Beirut, Lebanon, a joint venture with Socit Joseph Khoury & Fils Holding SAL to build Beiruts premier mixed used community with one of the largest marinas in the Mediterranean.
