Recruiting Specialist

Job description / Role

Our Client, a Professional Service based organisation who are growing exponentially in the region are looking to hire a Recruiting Specialist for a one-year contract with a view to go permanent. In this role you will manage and identify solutions for talent needs minimizing cost to the business.

Responsibilities:
• Managing the end to end recruiting process through multiples channels (direct sourcing, agencies, local campuses, internal recruiting and mobility).
• Managing relationships with recruitment agencies; tracking their performance, developing and negotiating business terms
• Collaborating with local leadership in conceptualizing and implementing sustainable talent acquisition initiatives
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with local universities
• Identifying creative ways to find relevant talent pools through the proactive search of active and passive candidates via direct sourcing, job postings, web sourcing, talent mapping, head-hunters, association memberships, employees’ referrals and networking

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 16,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Requirements:
• Degree educated with 4 years’ experience in Recruiting or HR
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• You have an eye for detail in keeping all Recruiting platforms/tools updated accurately
• You have significant experience in project management and the ability to parallel process multiple initiatives
• Well versed report running and use of a database system
