Job description / Role
A new opportunity has come up for a large firm in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Recruitment Administrator who will assist the recruitment team in coordinating with recruitment agencies, scheduling interviews, liaising with department managers and other stakeholders, assisting in the collection of candidate's documents.
Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Keep a record of all candidates applying for the company’s recruitment requirements
• Maintain a tracking sheet for all candidates submitted by recruitment agencies
• Liaise with HR and hiring managers in reviewing CV’s and scheduling candidates for interview
• Assist in the collection of candidate’s information
• Facilitate the set up of skype meeting/ telephone meeting, if required
• Ensure all candidate information/documents are provided to the hiring manager prior to interview
• Review contract of recruitment agencies
• Create recruitment reports, as and when required
Requirements
• A bachelor degree holder or any relevant HR qualification
• With strong administration experience; preferably, with recruitment experience
• Strong command of English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft application with experience in creating various recruitment tracking sheets
• Have worked with large private or multinational organization
