Client is looking for an experienced Recruitment Business Development Manager form the recruitment industry in the UAE to join them in a pivotal role to drive the growth and success of their recruitment agency. Their primary responsibility is to drive business development activities, build and maintain client relationships, and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
Here's a detailed description of the role:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base and revenue streams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their talent needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to create effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the agency's services and value proposition.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective business development and relationship-building activities.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and continuously seek ways to enhance the agency's market position.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in a recruitment agency or related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and talent acquisition processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various organizational levels.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
