Key accountabilities include driving our strategic accounts for the business to achieve the very highest level of revenue generation both individually and cross company and to actively develop relationships with senior level candidates and clients for the appointed sectors as a whole.
Requirements
To be successful in this position you must have a minimum of 4 - 6 years recruitment experience, with a focus on Construction sector.
- You must be client facing and target driven, with the ability to score a number of 'quick wins' shortly after joining.
- You should posses an excellent command of the English language.
- Flexibility, determined and committed to quality are all key attributes for success.
