Job Summary:

The Remote Recruiter with Business Development Experience is a dynamic role that combines talent acquisition with strategic business growth initiatives, with a particular focus on the UAE market. Operating remotely, this position involves sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles while also driving business development efforts to expand the organization's client base and enhance its presence in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition and Sourcing:

• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract top talent for open positions, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networking sites, and industry events.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, assess qualifications, and facilitate the interview process in collaboration with hiring managers.

Candidate Relationship Management:

• Provide exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear communication, and offering support and guidance.
• Build and nurture relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive impression of the organization's brand.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue business opportunities within the UAE market, leveraging industry knowledge and networking skills.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts, focusing on delivering customized recruitment solutions.

Client Relationship Management:

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and providing tailored recruitment services to meet their requirements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights into market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting the UAE labor market.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.

Proposal Development and Presentation:

• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the organization's recruitment expertise and value proposition.

Contract Negotiation:

• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, recruitment activities, client communications, and business development efforts using appropriate tracking tools and systems.
• Generate regular reports and analytics to track performance metrics, measure the effectiveness of recruitment and business development strategies, and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a recruiter with a strong track record of sourcing and selecting candidates for diverse roles.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, client acquisition, and account management, preferably within the UAE market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and technologies.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Previous experience working remotely is preferred.
