Based in Dubai, this position offers an excellent opportunity to join our company at an exciting time in our development.
Key accountabilities include sourcing candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent construction positions with client companies. In addition, he/ she will be involved in filling various positions through networking, headhunting and referrals. They will screen candidates, interview them, do background checks and fill the positions based on client requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 - 6 years recruitment experience, with a focus on Construction sector.
- Ability to score a number of 'quick wins' shortly after joining.
- Possess an excellent command of the English language.
- Flexibility, determined and committed to quality are all key attributes for success.
