As part of its continued success and expansion, Ritz Search is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant who wants to further develop their career.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for handling a 360 recruitment role, working in the Engineering & Construction industry. An all-rounded role that entails candidate attraction & placement, key account relationship management and portfolio development.

Requirements
- Handling a 360 recruitment role, working in the Engineering & Construction industry.
- Hands on experience in recruiting across technical / non-technical roles from junior to senior management positions.
- Liaise with clients to understand recruitment requirements.
- Formulate and manage recruitment assignments, specifically working on junior to mid-career level opportunities.
- Develop and implement relevant attraction plans for specific regions and/or industries.
- Coordinate CV's from various sources and screen applicants before submission.
- Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates.
- Completing a search of the candidate database to find the right person for the employer’s vacancy.
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates.
- Coordinate interviews for hiring managers.
- Follow all supporting processes to ensure compliance.
- Requesting and administering reference checks on candidate backgrounds.
- Produce Management Information as required.
- Ensure each recruitment assignment is delivered to budget and to Client expectation.
- Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
- Develop their client portfolio.
- Effectively demonstrate “best practices” and promote brand awareness.
- Maintaining the database.
