Job description / Role
Our client is a big player within the Professional Services sector and is currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their busy team.
You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process throughout the Middle East Region.
This will involve screening applications for vacancies, deciding which applicants are to be invited for interview or rejected from the process, preparing offers, attending recruitment events, supporting candidates and various team members within the firm, identifying areas for improvement within the recruitment process and implementing changes, designing and conducting marketing activities, improving and updating the website, organising and conducting road shows and work shops and coordinating with the European and US offices.
Requirements
- A relevant Bachelor\'s degree with 5 plus years of Recruitment experience, preferably within a UAE professional services firm
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Complete fluency in English
- Advanced level experience with the Microsoft suite
A strong team spirit, coupled with resourcefulness, excellent problem solving abilities and a willingness to try your hand at anything will be key.
