BWP are pleased to be working with a multination client in Dubai assisting with a Recruitment Executive opportunity within an exciting industry.
Salary 19-22,000 AED
Duties:
- LinkedIn and other social media use to grow your personal network
- Build relationships with suppliers to gain referrals
- Keep abreast of industry news
- Monitor competitor recruitment activity
- Deliver a strong pipeline of pre-screened candidates
- Respond to all candidate enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Add all candidate notes to the recruitment database and grade candidates as per the defined system.
- Actively re-connect with the recruitment database

- Enthusiastic, smart and well presented.
- You will also have extremely good communication and customer service skills combined with the ability to manage your time well.
- A self-starter who enjoys the challenge of a demanding and varied work flow
- You should ideally have an advanced knowledge of using LinkedIn to search out the very best passive and active candidates in the industry.
- You should be a confident networker
Requirements

- Flexible & able to travel
- Min of 3-5 years recruitment experience in house or agency
- Based in UAE (Dubai)
