NTS Recruitment is working with a leading and ever expanding F&B client who are actively seeking a creative recruitment manager to join their team. The role will actively be involved in designing, developing and maintaining the recruitment process in the organization, Exploring the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing sector and implementing appropriate best practices in the organization, Building a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies and Monitoring and constantly reducing the costs of the recruitment process. You will be involved in Designing the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source, Setting the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization, Conducting job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization), Monitoring the labor legislation and implementing required changes to keep the process compliant and Managing/developing the team of HR Recruiters.

You will acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics, Design recruitment training for HR Recruiters and line managers, Develop/Mange and implement company recruitment strategies, Maintain the internal candidate database (e.g. updating contact information, candidates’ geographical locations, and availability for relocation), Communicate with other functions to determine the effectiveness of recruitment plans, Research and recommend new sources for the recruitment of active and passive candidates, Prepare the annual labor needs and the labor budget together with the operation team and the other supporting departments, Prepare the annual manpower plan together with the recruiting calendar and Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues so that potential candidates have an opportunity to learn about the organization and its recruitment activities.

Requirements

To be considered, you will be degree educated (Bachelor degree or equivalent) and ideally hold a HR qualification and have excellent MS Office and PowerPoint skills. You will have at least 5 years of recruitment experience, with a very strong understanding of recruitment practices, metrics and guidelines and be an extremely competent communicator with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. You will be a skilled negotiator and have proven leadership and project management skills. Previous experience in a fast paced recruitment environment ideally within hospitality/ Food & Beverage would be highly advantageous.
