Job description / Role
We are URGENTLY hiring a Recruitment Manager to be based in Al Ain, UAE and to perform the below tasks and responsibilities:
- Design and implement recruitment procedures of domestic workers both local and international;
- Establishes strong connections with different manpower agencies in order to meet the business demand of these workers and maintain a healthy database for future deployments
- Explore market best practices in the recruitment and placement of employees, particularly the domestic workers
- Conduct job interviews to ensure candidates skills and qualification match the job requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation, implementing required changes to keep company recruitment processes compliant
- Direct and supervise the activities of human resources recruitment teams
- Build quality relationship with internal customers and external recruitment agencies
- Design training module for these workers in preparation for actual job and deployment
- May be required to travel for recruitment purposes
Requirements
The candidates should possess the following qualities and skills:
- A graduate of any business course
- A minimum managerial experience of 5 years, extensive years of recruiting domestic workers
- Good communication skills, multi-lingual is an advantage
- Strong leadership skills
- Good knowledge and practice of recruitment activities
- Must have a valid uae driving license
- Can join immediately
