As the Recruitment manager you will work as part of a TA team for a rapidly growing property development business based in Dubai, they are recruiting significant numbers this year and you will be part of a number of new exciting projects.

Description

The Key responsibilities will include
• Handling all recruitment activity with in the business and liaising with key internal stakeholders
• Through various sourcing techniques, identify, attract and qualify suitable candidates for each client requirement.
• Actively headhunting candidates
• End to end responsibility for the recruiting process and execution of TA strategy.
• Advise hiring managers on the best recruitment strategies.
• Participating in huge recruitment projects related to construction recruitment
• Periodically lead and/or participate on budgeting the manpower needs and initiatives related to talent acquisition

Requirements

The Successful candidate will have/be
• 5 years minimum previous experience in a similar role
• Familiar with recruitment with in the construction industry
• Strong TA/ recruitment background
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to liaise strongly with internal stakeholders
• A minimum of 3 years in the property industry
