Job description / Role
To lead the end to end recruitment process for vacancies across the entire organization i.e. Kleindienst Group which includes JK Properties, Austria Business Center and THOE.
Manage a highly efficient recruitment process with a focus on continuous improvement, reflecting lessons learned and adopting new techniques and practices when appropriate.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the whole recruitment process
- Previous experience in hiring real estate and construction professionals is a must
- 8 + years of experience as a Recruiter
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic working environment.
- Comfortable being a hands on recruiter as well as leading a team
- Ability to work confidentially.
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent mentoring and leadership skills
- Job Interviewing Skills
