Recruitment Officer

Job description / Role

- Including but not limited to the following job duties
- Receiving staff requirements from the department manager
- Checking the requested vacancy against approved manpower plan
- Proceed with hiring for the vacancy if already budgeted; and if not budgeted, reverting to the Hiring Manager for justification and required approvals from the management
- Sourcing candidates through various sources such as CVs database, company's career web page, Job Portals, employee references, recruitment agencies etc.
- Conducting Preliminary Interview
- Arranging Preliminary Interview
- Coordinating with Line Manager for arranging technical interview
- Coordinating with Public Relations team for Visa procedures
- Comply with recruitment policy

Requirements

- Ideal candidate should have a Bachelors degree preferably in HR or Business Administration
- Minimum 6 years experience in Construction / Contracting companies in the capacity of a Recruiter

Language skills (Spoken)
- Required: English
- Preferred: Arabic

Language skills (Written)
- Required: English
- Preferred: Arabic

IT skills
- Should be PC-literate
- Skilled in MS-Office – MS-Word / MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint

Other skills / requirements
- Strong know-how on forestry management
