Recruitment & On-Boarding Specialist

Job description / Role

Due to continued growth and expansion plans at Charterhouse Middle East, we are looking to further expand our team with a Recruitment & On-Boarding Specialist.

This will be a 360 role that will require someone with an ethical, consultative, value driven approach combined with strong recruitment, on-boarding and client management skills. This Recruitment & On-Boarding Specialist will be expected to work closely with our existing clients as well as the team at Charterhouse, focusing on HR support with a diverse group of individuals across the globe as well as in the Middle East. Experience in dealing with challenging situations with clients and candidates is key to this role as is the ability to multi-task and manage a number of stakeholders at one time. This is an incredible role for someone who is a team player, wants to grow and develop their career within recruitment and genuinely prides themselves on providing an outstanding candidate and client journey.
