Recruitment Resourcer (Construction)

Job description / Role

Paradigm are growing and we are looking to expand our team with Resourcers who have excellent candidate generation and candidate management skills, a strong work ethic, the commitment to a career in construction Recruitment with a professional approach and a confident phone manner. You will have a passion for success, a hunger for money and have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.

What will I be doing?

You will be joining our Construction team that works with some of the UAE's leading companies to provide them with 1st class candidates, working with a Senior Consultant/Account Manager you will using your talent of influencing and communicating with new people every day. You will be contacting candidates and building long term relationships with them to help them find their own perfect job, something you will have experience of yourself so you can relate to these people directly.

You will be using a number of 'tools' including JobBoards, LinkedIn & Twitter and other Social Media networks, you will be using your own tenacity and natural skills at finding the proverbial needle in a world sized haystack, in a nutshell you will be responsible for finding our clients their ideal candidates.

Requirements

Are you an experienced Resourcer with 12 months + Recruitment (construction) experience who wants to work in a role and for a company where you can be consultative, genuinely make a difference and where every day is different. Must be currently based in Dubai as flights will not be included.
