As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our client base and revenue streams. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with key clients, understanding their hiring needs, and delivering high-impact recruitment solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for business development and a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential clients in the UAE market.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients, showcasing our recruitment capabilities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Regularly report on business development progress and provide insights to the leadership team.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and services.
• Proven experience in business development and client relationship management within the recruitment industry.
• Expert knowledge of the UAE recruitment market.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry best practices.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other business development tools.
