Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a market leading organisation. Our client specialises in the FMCG market and has an excellent reputation in the Middle East for offering high quality products at an affordable price. Due to company expansion, the business is looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Specialist.
You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process whilst liaising with hiring managers to discuss their requirements, budgets and hiring timelines. You will also create job specifications and advertise positions through various media, the company website, job boards and LinkedIn. In addition, you will source candidates through the company database, talent search and deal with direct applicants.
You will conduct first stage interviews and recommend shortlisted candidates for second / third interviews with senior management. You will also manage the offer / negotiation process as well as hand over the successful candidate to the on boarding team.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 2 years’ experience in a recruitment focused position, preferably within an FMCG company or alternatively in an agency that covers positions within this market. In-house experience would be ideal, alongside specific examples of dealing with internal stakeholders at different levels. Arabic fluency would be advantageous, but is not essential.
