Recruitment Specialist

Job description / Role

With continued growth, our global professional services client is seeking a Recruitment Specialist with relevant industry exposure. This role will be responsible for targeting both active and passive high-quality candidates through head hunting and direct approaches, job postings, talent mapping and industry research. Networking and internal referrals will also be considered in the search for experienced and Senior Consultants to join the management consultancy firm. Therefore, the successful candidate will be a strong relationship builder and possess excellent communication skills. Additional Arabic language skills are considered to be highly advantageous.

Passionate about the organisation, you will articulately present a strong company proposition in the market and continually ensure there is a sufficient pipeline of talented candidates available. The Recruitment Specialist will be the point of contact for candidates at all levels of seniority throughout the recruitment process. Therefore, you should be highly supportive and able to manage multiple deadlines and pressure. Applications and CVs will be shortlisted and initially screened by the Recruitment Specialist and you will therefore coordinate with the local, global and internal stakeholders to ensure all those involved are confident of suitability and progress. All details are updated and monitored on the internal system and regular data analysis and reports will be provided to the senior team. In addition, you will also be responsible for bringing new and innovative ideas to the recruitment function to further develop strategies and concepts to ensure a first class and ever evolving service to all involved.

Requirements

To be successful in the role of Recruitment Specialist, it is expected that you will be degree educated and possess a minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience, which must be within the professional services sector. You will be accustomed to a fast paced and heavily deadline driven environment and therefore, those who are self-motivated, hardworking and pro-active should apply.
