Job description / Role
Objectives: Oil & gas recruitment billing team leader.
You must have at least 3 years oil and gas / power and energy recruitment background in Middle East or UK.
You will have managed a team of recruiters of 5 or more. Strong billing background essential also.
This is working for one of the globes leading niche recruiters.
Reporting to: Country Manager
Subordinates: Recruiters and Resourcers
Number required: 3-7
Duration: Full Time perm role on full visa.
Desired start date: 1st October 2015
Working Hours: standard Sunday - Thursday
Gross monthly base salary: 20,000 - 27,000 AED per month
Commission / Bonus: Exceptional Comm's structure.
Other Benefits: visa, medical, dental

Requirements
You must have at least 3 years oil and gas or power and energy recruitment experience in the Middle East or the UK.
Managing small teams is essential experience level.
Language Fluency: English
Current Location: UK, UAE, Qatar, Asia, Australia
