Regional Business Development Manager - Dubai
An international marketing group is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to join the team in Dubai. Reporting to Regional Business Development Director, this individual will be responsible for developing the market strategy for the region and the future proofing of the groups products and services.
The Business Development Manager will lead new business sales from the group's products and services across the Middle East, Africa and India.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* This individual will be the primary delivery point of new business into the groups key sectors
* To build a comprehensive prospect list and sales pipeline
* Carry an overall revenue target for the group across the complete suite of products that are available for sale in ME and India
* Optimise revenue by bundling products and services into logical value propositions based on the client's requirements
* Understand the dynamics between the group's products, how they fit together as a proposition, commercially and as an overall stable of services to the groups key sectors
* Balance sales of individual products understanding the individual business revenue demands and managing these with the on-going customer requirements and overall group proposition
* Work with product and pre sales specialists to complete the sales cycle ensuring a smooth transition from new business to implementation, and onto account management
* Devise and deliver an overall go to market strategy for the region including proposing the best prospecting channels to deploy, best approaches for new business opportunities, on-going marketing and PR strategy and future product development specifics for the market
Requirements
* 5 years Business Development Experience preferably within the financial services or travel industry.
* Able to prove delivery of sales results on a regular basis
* A self-starter who can manage themselves effectively without close control or direction
* Experienced, customer facing individual with the ability to work autonomously
* Able to influence business partners for the benefit of Middle East, Africa and India
