Regional Compliance Manager

As a Compliance Manager you will work with business and function leaders to promote a compliance culture and ethical values to ensure that we aggressively build our business while at all times adhering to applicable laws, rules and regulations. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying risky areas and gaps in current processes and practices and working and coaching teams on how to close those gaps.

Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct compliance reviews across the region to ensure adequate controls are in place, compliance with regional and corporate policies and identify process improvement opportunities
- Develop strong partnerships with Corporate Audit Services Department to facilitate the internal audits across the region
- Monitor the timely closure of all identified internal audit and compliance findings and observations
- Manage the quarterly FCPA certifications and monitor compliance with Anti-Corruption Policy and Procedures
- Formalize internal written policies for the region and ensure proper communication and circulation
- Assist in code of conduct investigations, as appropriate
- Inspire commitment to the vision and values and instill a culture of accountability through setting motivating goals and objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with divisional and functional management
- Demonstrate an ongoing commitment to learning and developing technical expertise and industry knowledge

Requirements

- 8 – 10 years of experience, Big 4 is highly desirable
- Bachelors’ degree in Accounting
- 5+ years demonstrated successful management experience in the internal or external audit
- Exceptional communication & organizational skills, including the ability to read and write English
- Good decision-making and problem solving skills when handling challenging situations in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of principles and processes
- Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
