Job description / Role
Regional/Country Sales Manager -Dubai - Leading European Company (Arabic Speaker)
Client is a market leader in supplying and designing innovative indoor and outdoor play areas to a number of sectors. - You will operate as the local lead point for any and all matters specific to the existing and future customers and business in APMEA(Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa ), focusing mainly in Quick Service Restaurant and Retail Business
- Dealing and develop a trusted advisor relationship with local, regional and National decision makers as buyers; Architects, Designer, member of Construction Teams, Store managers…
- Build and maintain a strong, long-lasting customer relationships with Multinational and local brands operating in the region
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs, specifications and objectives
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives, forecast and track of sales results
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with the senior management team to ensure growth attainment
Requirements
You must demonstrate strong consultative sales, objection handling and negotiation skills
A proven track record in Sales with the drive and motivation to be the best in class
Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal in Arabic and English
A minimum of 5 years experience in selling equipment or investment goods to QSR channel, or Restaurant Channel
Experience in sales through direct and indirect sales channel
