Regional F&B Manager

Job description / Role

Our client, a large international F&B retailer. Are keen to identify a Regional F&B Manager.

The Regional F&B Manager will coordinate, supervise and manage all aspects of the companies F&B Outlets’ operations while maintaining profitability through high quality products and service levels.

They will be responsible for managing a wide variety of F&B outlets throughout the GCC to ensure adherence to service quality standards and departmental revenue and profit goals. Adhere to countries ministry laws and regulations ensuring compliance requirements as well as Brand standards and local policies and procedures.

Requirements

With the scale of the role a minimum of 7 years F&B Management experience is essential.

The candidate will also have:
- Strong leadership skills
- The ability to oversee multiple projects adapting to changing priorities as necessary
- Good report writing and financial reporting skills
- Work responsibly and effectively with other Business Lines and the Executives

The candidate must be a self-starter and show a passion to lead with new initiatives and innovations.
