Regional Fleet Manager

Job description / Role

Quest Search and Selection is working with a multinational automotive manufacturing company as they look for a Regional Fleet Manager to lead their team in Dubai. You will be responsible for the overall fleet management and development in your assigned region and market, ensuring achievement of business objectives.

As a Regional Fleet Manager, you will:

- Align annual targets with dealers, monitor fleet dealership performance, and dealer key account management
- Identify fleet and business opportunities/potentials through market analysis
- Perform fleet budget management and monitoring
- Set up reporting, CRM, and data management tools
- Ensure all fleet processes comply with company policies and standards
- Coordinate with other departments such as Finance and Marketing for fleet relevant activities
- Recommend process improvements
- Perform staff developmental training

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree, with at least 5 years industry experience in similar role or capacity
- Experience in the Automotive industry is a must
- Fleet management experience is an added advantage
- Strong leadership, business development, negotiation, collaboration, and analytical skills
