Regional HR Manager

Job description / Role

Client is the fastest growing integrated healthcare provider in the UAE. With an ambitious and innovative growth strategy for quality assured clinics, hospitals and tertiary care centers underpinned by world class diagnostics, Their portfolio currently consists of 25 healthcare assets located across the UAE that currently include two hospitals, 10 medical centres, diagnostics, a network of laboratories and pharmacies.

You will be responsible for acting as a bridge between the Top Management and the Staff/ Employees, in order to facilitate smooth functioning of the Hospital operations. You will establish and administer Hospital’s HR programs which includes acquisition, maintenance & retention of employees, salary administration, development and revision of HR Policies as well as uphold cohesive employee relations.

Requirements

- Should have Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline. Post Graduate degree in HR preferred.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a HR manager within Hospitals/ healthcare industry
- Must have GCC or UAE experience
- Must have experience in overseeing 250 + staff within the healthcare industry
- Only Arab nationals will be considered for this position.
