We are currently searching for a Regional Learning and Development Consultant to join our Global HR L & D team. The ideal individual must be able to demonstrate a strong track record of business partnering in an professional services or engineering consultancy environment.

This role will be based out of our Dubai, United Arab Emirates office and will be responsible for learning and development activities for the Middle East, India and Asia.

Taking on a portfolio of exciting initiatives, you will be part of a global team, tasked with progressing BuroHappold’s strategic Learning and Development and organisational development services, and share your knowledge of the value add Learning & Development can bring to a professional services environment. Providing high quality consultancy services to internal clients, our ideal candidate will have significant experience of utilizing sophisticated consultancy skills in a global capacity. Requirements

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

- Provide strategic and tactical advice to the business on all Learning & Development and Organisational Development matters.

- Partner with other Business Service teams to provide advice on, and co-facilitate learning events relating to the roll out of change projects across regions.

- Act as people strategy partner to advise and guide regional board members on Learning & Development matters

- Work with team Coordinators to plan, manage and facilitate global BuroHappold programmes for employees at all career stages

- As a member of the global Learning & Development team, develop global programmes using blended learning techniques which can service the entire organisation

- Align development opportunities with identified succession planning needs

- Work with in-house subject matter experts to assist them in developing impactful learning materials

- Provide consultative career development support to all BuroHappold employees on Learning & Development issues

- Partner with Regional Human Resource Consultants to identify and deliver Learning & Development interventions to address regional need strategy.

- Executing the Company’s strategy for the team to include both Regional and Discipline requirements.

- Maintaining an accurate picture of current and future market trends.

To be successful in this role you’ll need to have the following skillset;

- Solid professional experience in a senior L&D business partnering role

- A blend of L&D, organisational development and change management experience

- Able to evidence the application and development of programmes to meet a range

- Proven track record in leadership and management development and coaching

- Ability to develop bespoke solutions in response to the needs of teams

- Experienced and accredited in the use of behavioural analysis tools

- Confident & articulate when facilitating group discussions at all levels

- Pragmatic and proactive approach towards problem solving

- Mobility to travel

- Cultural awareness, capable of operating efficiently across geographies

- Experience of working in a global matrix organisation.

- Previous experience in an engineering consultancy or other building related industry

- Degree educated in relevant subject(s)
