Job description / Role

This prestigious organisation see the Middle East as a key market for them to develop. Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the regional director, the successful candidate will help develop the strategy of this organisation and ensure implementation in the region
- Develop new opportunities within the region to run the programme
- Manage and effectively run the day to day contact and support with existing partners in the region
- Working with the regional team, actively recruit, license and induct new partners in the region
- General representation of the regional office on training initiatives and events
- Manage the database of partners and clients in the region
- Ensure the delivery of the programme meets international standards and work with staff and volunteers to develop strategies to maintain and improve quality of work
- Undertake any other duties as required for the successful delivery of regional objectives
Requirements
- Business development or sales background working in educational or training sector
- Must have a bachelors degree
- Experience of building and maintaining client relationships
- Able to demonstrate leadership and decision making skills
- Able to organise and plan effectively
- Ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively and as a team member
