Regional Marketing Manager

Job description / Role

- Sets the vision for the Region and develops and adheres to a business plan to attain this vision.
- Responsible for the Region’s forecasting and sales tracking.
- Leads the Sales Territory Representatives and Specialists, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring and career development.
- Ensure development and execution of the marketing plans in each of the Region's key markets.
- Devise and execute Marketing promotions.
- Key Relationship building/management.

Requirements

- Candidate must have strong experience in B2B.
- Must have from 8-12 years experience.
- Implement Regional Marketing strategy, CRM, and digital marketing.
- Able to work in a team and still function independently.
- Travelling will be up to 30% of the time.
- Supervisory or Managerial experience preferably of a Sales Staff.
