Job description / Role
Our client is a prestigious and well-established retail company in the Middle East region. They are currently looking for a Regional Operations Manager to be based in UAE.
As a Regional Operations Manager, your role will involve the following:
* Financial accountability -responsible for regional overall profit and loss
* Strategic acumen - setting yearly strategic plan and the yearly budgets in accordance with the organization's vision and mission
* Lead, develop and control the supply as well as the sales activities in the region
* Implementing new processes, stream lining adapting to general industry trends and market needs
* Leading, developing and managing a team of senior managers in various functions in a multi-cultural background
* Over 8 years of experience working within a managerial level.
Requirements
To qualify, you must have an experience within operations / replenishment / stock management in a luxury retail environment, preferably within beauty and cosmetics, managing large teams.
