Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a known hospitality group in Dubai who are looking to hire an Operations Manager to oversee one of their established and growing restaurants brands in the UAE and KSA. As Operations Manager you will report directly to the group Director of Operations and have a direct reporting team of Restaurant and Area Managers.
This role will oversee the entire contemporary international casual brand, with a current portfolio of 5 locations and further expansion plans. You will be the strategic vision and operational drive behind the brand. This role will be responsible for developing the brand, sourcing new locations, market analysis, and high level audits of current locations. You will have full business responsibility for the brand, including forecasting and P&L.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have worked in a similar position for at least 3 years, having overseen multiple large casual dining locations, ideally across multiple countries. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, very business minded and an excellent communicator. Due to the scope of the role preference will be given to Arabic speaking candidates.
