Employment: Full Time

A reputable Automotive company is currently recruiting for a Regional Quality Manager. You will be directly reporting to the After Sales Director

MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:
- Monitor and drive Company’s Middle East Dealer Network quality to achieve consistently high results.
- Steering Aftersales processes, procedures and targets in the respective markets to ensure the best possible service quality to achieve high customer satisfaction

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and monitor Regional Service Quality reports to provide and implement appropriate improvement actions.
- Implement service strategy, programs and processes as directed by the company to improve service and repair quality.
- Produce consolidated quality KPI summary for service/aftersales performance and distribute to circulation list on time.
- Assist with the identification and development of quality competence within the dealer network.
- Organise and ensure efficient and effective communication of Quality KPIs to company’s M.E. branch and Dealer Network.
- Organise, prepare and document Dealer Quality Review Meetings. Ensure agreed activities and measures are documented and executed.
- Monitor Dealer and company’s M.E. Quality Action Plans and follow up due dates – escalating where required.
- Cooperate with Area Service Manager to provide in dealer assistance where appropriate.
- Cooperate with Customer Operations team to identify and resolve root causes to customer complaints and quality issues.
- Accurate and on time reporting of quality incentive reports.
- Maintain regular and professional communication
- Obtain Dealer internal quality reports and consolidate for M.E. branch circulation.
- Identify dealer staffs’ needs / requirements for Technical & Non-technical training
- Ensure Dealers are equipped with recommended equipment.
- Assist and implement strategies within the dealerships to achieve parts turnover.
- Ensure all technical literature is available at the dealers and at company’s M.E branch
- Dealer target setting for parts purchases.
- Manage regional capacity planning with Dealers and company’s management.
- Organise, prepare and document Dealer Quarterly Progress Review Meetings.
- Group Aftersales reporting for the company.

Requirements

- Middle East regional experience (beneficial)
- Automotive industry experience is a must, preferably in the same role
- Dealer relationship & quality management
- Relevant Tertiary Education degree certificate (required)
- 5+ years automotive after sales experience within the Automotive industry including knowledge of dealership operations.

- Good personable skills and able to work with diverse teams
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Shows commitment and dedication
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).

CORE COMPETENCIES
- Should be a member of any relevant UAE or Middle East After sales Bodies.
- Professional presentation & the ability to communicate at top management level is a prime consideration, together with management experience with a Premium Automotive Manufacturer.
- High levels of dealer operational understanding.
- Complete knowledge of all processes and product range. Understanding of all service and repair processes. Able to monitor and manage the retail network.
