Job description / Role
We are looking for a Regional Rental Controller to provide support for accounting and business management operations of the Rental & Used Equipment Division. The role is crucial to the success of the division as this person will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the P & L data for the business, Shall be responsible but not limited for the following duties:
- Regional support in A/P functions and serving as the liaison between domestic operation and regional SOP’s.
- Regional Support in verifying accounts by reconciling transactions; investigating and resolving discrepancies, maintain the integrity of all accounting data.
- Prepare monthly account analysis and close management reports.
- Assist with the annual audit and quarterly reviews performed by the external auditors by preparing certain schedules and/or reports, pulling invoices, etc…
- Updating used equipment website, receiving and following up inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum Experience: 4 years of experience within accounting, book keeping or auditing.
- Sound knowledge of Sales and Rental Operations.
