Charterhouse is working exclusively with a Luxury Womenswear Fashion House with a long history of Avant Garde designs and craftsmanship, who will be launching their first store in the Middle East. They are now looking to hire an experienced Regional Retail Manager – Luxury Fashion, to lead their ambitious expansion plans across the region.

This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual to join an iconic fashion house with a rich history of craftsmanship and storytelling. The Regional Retail Manager will lead the retail expansion across the GCC and constantly identify new opportunities to grow the brand’s presence in the Middle East region.

This role will be in charge of the recruitment, development, coaching and motivation of the small regional team and will drive team performance and the business. In addition, this role will be focused on conducting regular market and competitor analysis and marketing ROI analysis to provide a transparent overview of the market conditions to HQ.
Moreover, this role will oversee all the aspects of the regional marketing, finance and merchandising activity.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have a background in luxury industry, preferably womenswear and a substantial knowledge of the GCC market and its clientele. The role requires a strong leader with entrepreneurial and dynamic personality with experience in retail, managing multiple locations.

Our client is looking for a proactive leader with extensive knowledge of the luxury sector, specifically womenswear, who can work with a high level of autonomy but also collaborate efficiently with all colleagues and partners. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, Italian is an advantage.
