Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Develop Nespresso sales and brand image in the market for the Boutique network according to the objectives defined in the OP process, respecting the brand values and the international guidelines. Put in place commercial and people management tools in order to ensure sales & profit performance and Customer Service level.
- Guarantee consistency of the Nespresso Brand and the consumer experience in an Omni channel environment.
- Proactively ensure alignment between all Nespresso Channels (Boutiques, CRC, e-Commerce and Trade) in order to deliver a seamless and consistent customer experience
- Ensure that Boutique Management staff is respecting the Nespresso five attributes
- Ensure that Boutiques achieve minimum 80% score in the Mystery Shopper and Customer Voice Surveys
- Manage the development and evolution of the Boutique function in the Market/Region
- Establish the appropriate organization in line with Operational Plan (OP) and the International Retail Operational Guidance.
- Develop commercial, entrepreneurial and managerial skills for Boutique Management.
- Recruit, develop, motivate and manage a Boutique staff in order to deliver superior performance and results
- Implement and follow up PFME budgets validated in the Operational Plan (OP) process, as well as Capex and Genex budgets in collaboration with F&C.
- Ensure reporting accuracy and transmission of reports concerning the Boutique network
- Ensure coordination with CRC, IT, Supply Chain, Technical & Quality and F&C department.
- Build a retail expansion strategy with each distributor in their country
- Support the New Boutique Request Process in order to smoothen the approval
- Monitor the project of Boutique Construction in accordance with International Retail Guidelines

Requirements

- Background in sales or marketing
- Experience in Retail & Premium service companies
- Experience in project management, store openings (restaurants, luxury retail shops, hotels etc…)
- People management experience is essential
- Handling previous Customer Satisfaction projects
- Luxury good industry
- Product Management
