Regional Sales Manager based in Dubai to lead the sales operations across the UAE. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and contribute to market analysis, ensuring achievement of revenue targets in the healthcare industry.

* Provide insights to senior management on market dynamics and opportunities.
* Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

* Present findings to senior management and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
* Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the pharmaceutical or diagnostic laboratory industry.
* Strong understanding of the UAE healthcare market.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to travel within the UAE as required.
* Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
