Employment: Full Time

A well established manufacturer of HVAC equipment which are typically found behind walls or on the roofs of commercial buildings. This company is a global leader in the technical manufacturing industry and are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to spearhead the development and management of sales in the GCC. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of managing the Middle East market across the GCC.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible to;
- Develop and implement strategic plans whilst managing all external sales partners to maximize coverage.
- Develop and manage the GCC region in achieving order volume and profitability objectives.
- Provide daily service to all customer including reps, contractors, manufacturers, building owners architects and engineers.
- Manage resources to the levels committed to in the budget, and coordinate Operations expenses with Corporate finance.
- Effectively communicate requirements to product managers, which includes: special product needs, pricing savings, program needs and literature acting as a consultant to the product teams.
- Directly supervise and develop internals sales staff to provide best practice customer service in a professional and efficient manner.
- Management of remote sales office which will include contract renewals, cash flow management and office services.

The successful candidate will head up all the Middle East operation and you will be responsible for the sales team and support staff.

Requirements

- Applicants must have at least 8 years in a relevant sales role within the technical manufacturing industry (focused predominately on selling HVAC equipment) and at least 5 years at Manager/Regional Manager level and above where they are managing a team.
- Must be motivated and able to work effectively remotely whilst remaining professional and enthusiastic.
- Applicants must be Educated to University level Degree or above
