Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Develop and manage end users and partners to a revenue goal. Identify and recruit new customers in line with regional strategic goals.

The role is that of sales and business development targeting existing and prospective new end users and key channel partners across the region. The role will involve extensive travel and carry ambitious sales targets and quarterly objectives.

This position will only suit a focused and strong sales individual who can prove a successful sales background within the SAR and/or military clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop regional account plans for existing and new business and execute the objectives quickly and clearly
- Develop new channels under the functional guidance of the Global Channel Director
- Build an efficient Management Operating System (MOS) with all relevant internal parties (GT, Finance, Marketing, D&S)
- Attend all major conferences, globally, that could have an impact on the business.
- Continuous improvement through trainings, best practices sharing with Aerospace Defense and Space colleagues
- Develop sales to end users through our channel under the functional guidance of the Global Sales VP
- Ensuring the achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets and management based objectives that will be communicated
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts
- To keep the CRM (SFDC) system up to date with all sales related activity including (but not limited to) meeting schedules, meeting notes, contact persons, business plans, forecast data, SKU requirement data, schedule dates and sales team members
- Be able to report weekly performance to the leadership of specific accounts and opportunities
- Furthermore, sales data, progress on incentives, new product releases, sales trending and all other key performance indicators should be monitored and managed on a pro-active and continual basis
- At all times the individual should understand the health of the business region that he/she manages
- The ability to travel through the region as the business and opportunities demand, occasionally at short notice

Requirements

- Successful and demonstrable track record of end user sales to military and/or SAR entities
- Minimum 10 years continuous sales experience in the military environment
- Master degree minimum
- Six Sigma certified a plus
- English and Arabic fluent
- Strong sales management skills including thorough knowledge of the sales process and strategic techniques to achieve objectives
- High level of communication and presentation skills
- IT literate
- Understanding and articulate business finance terms and the necessity for financial control
- The ability to prepare a business plan outlining the salient points of development with specific partners
- A basic understanding of business, HR and contractual laws for the region
